Identify the conversion stage first

Tell Jiayang whether the component belongs to a PV inverter, home energy-storage converter or another defined power stage. Include the topology, operating modes and the information already available. A system power rating alone does not define the magnetic component.

Include the targets that apply to your component

• Transformer: input/output conditions, power, ratio, switching frequency, winding and insulation requirements, maximum footprint and height.
• Common-mode choke: line arrangement, current conditions, target attenuation range, mounting, terminals and insulation or test requirements.
• PFC inductor: inductance target, current waveform, topology, switching conditions, permitted losses or temperature limits and available package.
• Potted component: assembly drawing, connections, mechanical envelope, thermal conditions and required tests. Identify whether a specific environmental rating needs to be demonstrated.

Use the PV and energy-storage product portfolio to identify the family. Do not treat a similar-looking photo as a specification or an approved substitute.

Attach the evidence used for acceptance

Send the controlled drawing revision, reference part information and relevant circuit or measurement conditions where they can be shared. List required sample tests and documents. State quantity and project stage

Distinguish initial samples from an expected production quantity. Include the requested timing and open decisions. Minimum order quantity, sample charges, pricing and delivery are confirmed for the reviewed specification; this site does not publish universal terms for custom magnetics.

Attach a portfolio reference
