Jiayang's listed inspection and test capabilities include LCR, hipot, thermal shock, temperature and humidity, vibration and performance testing. The applicable plan should be agreed against the project specification.
Production path

The supplied manufacturing profile includes automatic bobbin transformer work, semi-automatic bobbinless winding, toroidal and flat-wire winding, potting, soldering and performance testing.

Jiayang has provided the following certificate details for review. The printed validity dates are evidence on the copies; confirm live status, issuing entity, factory scope and exact product applicability with Jiayang for your program.
A UL reference supplied for review is a 2016 legacy directory image. Ask for any current listing that applies to the exact model. A test capability or certificate does not by itself make every product qualified for every application.
